Clinic of the vet Folsom seals deal of $ 1.75 million

A veterinary clinic Folsom moved to a new location, after the closure of brokers a deal of 1.75 million over a property of Prairie City Road.

Blue ravine Animal Hospital now resides in the space of 8,370 square feet which was previously home to Malabar restaurant on the Prairie City Road, North of the railroad Point. Former home of the clinic was 421 blue Ravine road.

Sacramento Office sees Real Estate Services negotiated the sale for the veterinarian and owner of blue ravine Jennifer Sweet, said sees public servants.

"The property has undergone a transformation," said Robb Osborne, Voit Real Estate Services commercial real estate broker who made the sale, in a statement.
