Veterinary Clinic charged in the case of drug Rx Manager

Criminal charges accusing a former Office Manager in a veterinary clinic in Sparta to obtain fraudulently thousands of analgesics in support of his drug addiction.

Kathryn Watters, 36, ordered about 5,800 tablets hydrocodone acetaminophen, the supply of drugs in Veterinary Clinic of Sparta company according to the complaint filed at the Monroe County Circuit Court.

Watters, of Sparta, will appear in court Monday to face 11 charges of obtaining a substance controlled by the fraud and five counts of forgery. She is free on a $ 5,000 signature bond.
