Criminal charges accusing a former employee at a veterinary clinic in Sparta to obtain fraudulently approximately 5 800 pills of prescription for a veterinary supply store.
Kathryn Watters, 36, at least 11 times for several months while the employee to Sparta Small Animal clinical veterinary ordered a combination of bitertrate and acetaminophen hydrocodone in support of its dependence on the drug, according to the police of Sparta. She is also charged with forging $ 4,500 in company cheques.
Watters, of rural Sparta, is loaded into the Circuit Court Monroe County of 11 counts of obtaining a substance controlled by the fraud and five counts of forgery. It is set to appear in court Monday.
